The primary purpose of our Bible Studies is to root and establish all believers in their knowledge, understanding and relationship with God through Jesus the Christ.
Whilst such in-depth, verse-by-verse Bible study is geared towards sustaining the development of the more mature Christian, there is an outreach angle that focuses on the salvation of the unbeliever, ensuring that the spiritual growth of such a new convert is not excluded. Herein lies our commitment to the study and spreading of The Word.
Hence in Restoration lies our two-fold goals:
- see a practical transformation in the lives of believers through a renewed mind, a better understanding of The Word, the development of skills to enable them also spread The Word; and
- provide a place where the restored believers can gather together in fellowship, encouragement and build new relationships in accordance with Hebrews 10:24-25 which admonishes us not to "forsake the assembling of ourselves together" but "consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works."
